Boot Camp and CircuitsÂ
A Boot Camp workout is a type of high intensity interval training (HIIT) – Intense activity alternated within intervals of light activity. A Boot Camp workout also can include functional fitness, example, using whole body exercises that develop muscle strength. Â
Sessions will be between 45 to 60 minutes

Group Class cycling:
Fitness performed on a stationary indoor bike is a fantastic way of getting and sustaining your fitness. This exercise is intense and perfect for building both cardiovascular fitness and muscular tone. It’s also low impact on the knees and other joints, meaning you’re less likely to hurt yourself.Â
